What are your fees for counseling?
My fees for counseling range from $35 to $160 depending on the service provided. Available services include individual, family, couples, and group therapy. Please contact me directly for more information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check or credit/debit card, but payment is expected on the date of service. Individuals with private insurance are responsible for any co-payment amount and unsatisfied deductible required by their insurance plan.
Can you bill my insurance?
Of course! Our billing company, Arkansas Therapist Connection, will check your insurance benefits, submit claims, mail bills and answer any questions you may have about payment. We currently accept Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Blue Advantage, Health Advantage, and Qualchoice of Arkansas..
What is your Cancelation Policy?
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, for any reason, please call our office with at least 24 hours advance notice. Clients will be charged $50 for missed or improperly rescheduled or canceled appointments.
Is my information confidential?
Your privacy is very important to us. We use the last technology to protect your records and strictly comply with HIPAA regulations to ensure your information is protected at all times. The law protects the relationship between a client and a psychotherapist, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission. Exceptions, however, include:
- Disclosure of child abuse or the abuse of a dependent adult.
- Indications that a client is intending to inflict significant bodily harm to themselves or others.
- Indications of a clients intent to commit suicide or end another persons life.
